Coaching

Leaders, Parents, Youth + Families

Thoughtful support for the people, relationships, and systems that matter most.

Life with other humans can be complicated!

Whether you are leading an organization, raising a family, navigating adolescence, or trying to find your footing during a season of change, there are moments when it helps to have someone alongside you who can see both the person and the larger system they are part of.

I provide individualized coaching and consultation for leaders, parents, youth, and families navigating the real and complicated parts of life together.

My work draws from mental health, public health, human development, family systems, attachment and relational frameworks, organizational development, and behavior change research. But our work together is not about applying a formula. It is about understanding you—your relationships, your history, your environment, and the particular dynamics shaping what is happening right now.

Together, we slow down enough to understand what is underneath the challenge, identify what is within your influence, and develop practical ways forward.

Executive & Leadership Coaching

Lead people without losing sight of the humans involved.

Leadership is relational work.

Whether you are leading a school, nonprofit, healthcare initiative, team, or mission-driven organization, your role requires you to make decisions within complex systems—often while managing competing priorities, organizational change, interpersonal dynamics, and the needs of many different stakeholders.

Executive and leadership coaching provides a confidential space to think clearly about the challenges you are carrying and the leader you want to become.

Our work may include:

  • Navigating complex leadership decisions

  • Clarifying your leadership role and priorities

  • Managing difficult conversations and interpersonal dynamics

  • Strengthening communication and trust

  • Leading through organizational change or transition

  • Understanding team and organizational dynamics

  • Developing healthier boundaries and sustainable ways of working

  • Moving from reactive problem-solving toward strategic leadership

  • Navigating conflict, uncertainty, or competing stakeholder needs

  • Strengthening your own confidence and leadership presence

My approach brings together organizational development, mental health, systems thinking, and more than fifteen years of experience working across schools, healthcare, public health, nonprofits, and community systems.

I understand that leadership challenges rarely exist in isolation. A difficult conversation may also be about organizational culture. A team conflict may reveal unclear roles or decision-making structures. Burnout may be connected not only to workload, but to the emotional responsibility of caring deeply about the people you lead.

Coaching gives you a place to examine the whole picture—and determine what comes next.

For: Executives, school leaders, nonprofit leaders, program directors, managers, founders, and emerging leaders.

Parent Coaching

You know your child. You don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Parenting is deeply personal, and we all know that it is constantly changing.

The questions that keep you up at night are rarely answered by a single parenting strategy or Google search. They are shaped by your child’s temperament and development, your own history, your family relationships, and the realities of your life together.

Parent coaching gives you a trusted partner who can get to know your family over time.

Together, we might work through:

  • Anxiety, worry, or big emotions

  • Behavior challenges and recurring family conflict

  • Boundaries, limits, and discipline

  • Technology and social media

  • Sibling dynamics

  • School challenges

  • Friendship and belonging

  • Parenting through developmental transitions

  • Communication between parents and children

  • Differences in parenting approaches between partners

  • Family transitions, separation, or change

  • Building the family culture you want to create

Sometimes families come to me with a specific challenge. Other times, parents simply want an ongoing place to think through what is happening as their children grow. They want me in their back pocket to help them thoughtfully build the family culture that they dream of. A culture of listening, love, curiosity, and connection.

The goal is not perfect parenting. It is helping you understand what is happening beneath the behavior, respond with greater clarity and confidence, and build relationships that can grow and adapt over time.

Youth Coaching

A trusted adult outside the family, an expert layer of support.

The questions that keep you up at night are rarely answered by a single parenting strategy or Google search. They are shaped by your child’s temperament and development, your own history, your family relationships, and the realities of your life together.

Group Coaching

When the challenge doesn’t belong to just one person.

Groups [families, teams, colleagues, etc.] are living systems.

When one person is struggling, everyone feels it. Patterns develop. Roles emerge. Misunderstandings accumulate. Sometimes groups find themselves having the same argument again and again without knowing how to change it.

Group coaching creates space to understand those patterns and begin doing something different.

Our work may include:

  • Improving communication

  • Navigating recurring conflict

  • Strengthening dyadic relationships

  • Understanding roles and patterns

  • Supporting siblings or colleagues

  • Navigating transitions or periods of change

  • Creating clearer expectations and boundaries

  • Repairing after difficult seasons

  • Developing shared values and agreements

  • Building a healthier group culture

Rather than identifying one person as “the problem,” we look at the relationships and systems surrounding the challenge, and we attend to the areas where meaningful change is possible.

My Approach

Personal. Practical. Relational. Rooted in the whole system.

You can find an extraordinary amount of advice and information online.

What is harder to find is someone who knows how to situate the information within the context.

Someone who remembers what happened six months ago. Who understands your child’s temperament, your partner’s perspective, your leadership environment, or the history behind the group conflict you are trying to resolve.

Someone who can hold the complexity with you.

That is what I aim to offer.

My background spans mental health, social work, public health, education, organizational development, research, and family systems. This allows me to look at challenges through multiple lenses while keeping our work grounded in the realities of your everyday life.

You won’t need to start from the beginning every time something new happens.

Over time, I come to understand the people and systems that matter to you. That continuity allows us to move beyond one-off advice and toward deeper understanding, more thoughtful decisions, and sustainable change.
